Our Team
Behind ALIES stand four individuals with completely different backgrounds – and one shared conviction: diagnostics should empower, not constrain.
We bring together expertise from education, psychology, system development and creative concept design to create an analytical framework that works – clear, adaptive, and digitally respectful. Instead of generic personality tests, ALIES delivers practice-oriented analyses with directly applicable recommendations – regardless of language, background or educational level.
The idea behind ALIES is simple: people are not just what they’ve learned – but also what they’ve experienced, and especially what they make of it.
Our method supports individuals in recognising their potential, developing it – and turning it into action.

System Development with Foresight
As the developer of the ALIES method, I believe that systems should not standardise – they should provide orientation. My work combines conceptual thinking with a clear sense for what is practically feasible: I design content, structures and processes that reflect people’s realities – not theoretical ideals.
What drives me is the desire to make complexity accessible – logical, well thought out, and always focused on what concretely helps.
ALIES is not a product built from the outside – it evolved from within: from real needs and with the ambition to function independently of language, education or origin.
Between system architecture, communication and practical application, I build the framework where clarity emerges – guided by high standards and genuine respect for what moves people.

Creativity Meets Clarity
I am co-founder and concept developer of ALIES, as well as an author, musician and coach with a soft spot for philosophy. Since my youth, I've been fascinated by how people think, feel and act, and what keeps them from unlocking their potential. The ALIES method is our response to that question: a digital analytical framework that doesn't just analyse, but truly helps – whether in coaching, creative work, or career transitions.
I began with music, writing and performing, and learned early on how crucial self-regulation, clarity and mindset are for any creative process. Today, I bring those insights into the development of ALIES: I translate analytical findings into practical strategies, ensure creative implementation logic, and stay curious about what drives people forward.

Diagnostics with Depth
As an educational scientist with a doctorate from London and many years of experience in coaching, supervision, DIN 33430 and educational research, I work at the intersection of pedagogy, psychology and neuroscience. I don’t see diagnostics as rigid categorisation – but as a process of discovery, questioning and connection: often surprising, sometimes contradictory, always respectful.
I’m passionate about the ALIES method because it delivers clear, applicable insights – rather than getting lost in theory. It opens space rather than closing it – even for those who don’t see themselves reflected in conventional test systems.
As a scientific partner, I contribute to the conceptual development, validation and ongoing refinement of the ALIES framework – and I remain committed to the spirit that Richard Feynman once captured so well:
“I would rather have questions that can’t be answered than answers that can’t be questioned.”

Communication with Impact
As the executive responsible for Marketing & Communications, I ensure that ALIES is understood—clearly, humanly, and effectively. I analyze how strong ideas move from precise formulation to true comprehension by the right people.
The foundation is always rigorous analysis, well-structured dashboards, and continuous learning—so that messages not only drive reach but also provide direction.
Working at the intersection of brand, product, and performance, I have built integrated campaigns, sharpened user experiences, and aligned every initiative to demonstrable impact and ROI.
At ALIES, I deliver content that makes the complex tangible; channels that speak to one another; and metrics that make decisions easier.
My commitment: visibility that builds trust, and communication that helps people take the next step.
