Designed for use with individuals who have refugee or migration backgrounds, ALIES works across arrival centres, job centres and language support programmes. It identifies individual potential without relying on language proficiency or formal qualifications, and translates that into practical next steps: vocational matching, language training recommendations, internship pathways and entry-level opportunities tailored to each person.
The goal is not to fit people into existing categories. It is to recognise what they actually bring.
